How many panels can be connected to the concierge monitor?

Up to 99 multi apartment outdoor panels and 1000 individual panels can be connected to the concierge monitor for call making. In case of watching the video from individual and multi apartment one can connect up to 10 000 multi apartment panels and 10 million individual panels.

What is the turning point and look-up angle of the cameras in outdoor panels?

The turning point of the cameras is 15˚ vertically and up to 20˚ horizontally. The look-up angles are 71˚ horizontally and 56˚ vertically.

What kind of door locks can be connected to the individual and multi apartment outdoor panels BAS-IP?

Electromagnetic and electromechanical (and also lever latch) can be connected to the individual and multi apartment BAS-IP outdoor panels.

Can be one individual outdoor panel directly connected to the internal monitor not using switching facilities?

Yes, it can. The outdoor panel and internal monitor can be connected by the help of simple patch-cord (straight or cross pinch).

Can the system be set up in such way to open the door automatically when the clean contact is being closed (in case of the fire)?

Yes, it is possible. All the panels have the clean contact input for opening the door.

Please tell if video intercoms BAS-IP AQ-10v3, BAS-IP AG-04 and outdoor panel BAS-IP AV-01T v3 work within the local network and also we’d like to take incoming calls from outdoor panel to portable devices through the Internet anywhere in the world, what’s required? Should we need any extra equipment?

In this configuration, incoming calls are possible to portable devices – communicators and smartphones which have BAS-IP software and VoIP-client with support H.264 codec. Then SIP ATS is required for communication protocol SIP (possibility of taking calls is deleted). It can be, for instance, BAS-IP SIP-PBX-16 or any other SIP ATS with H.264 or G.711 codec support.

Can I record video from outdoor panels to my video recorder NVR?

Yes, you can. Your NVR should be able to enter RTSP command line in manual mode and has H.264 codec.
